As a Guide for CRYSTAL HEALING purposes you can use a wand in the same way as if you were using a crystal, holding the shaft of the wand in your right hand, move the wand around the specific area you are working on, moving in a clock-wise direction. Consciously focus your intent and the crystalline energies of wand through the tip of the crystal and direct these energies into the body. You may like to visualize a blue/white or golden light of energy radiating from the tip of the quartz crystal in your wand, which will help you create your own powerful ray of energy and power.

In addition the wand may be placed base down on the body in order to draw negative energy or pain etc out of the body. Spend time becoming familiar with your wand and it's potential. As your energies become greater, your wand will increase in frequency as well. The wand can also be held in meditation to bring the properties of the stone to the mind or can be used for assisting in calling upon angels and guides. You can clean your wand by passing smoke from incense or smudge sticks over it.  Please note that my wands are individually hand made, made from wood, suede, leather strapping, beads, feathers and crystals.
