Over the last several years I’ve come to some profound realizations on the topics of health and healing. But they’re only profound in their simplicity, and in that they contradict many of our current so-called “health truths”. Now that I have this much higher understanding I feel it’s my responsibility and duty to share this information with others. So, without wasting your time, here it is…
There’s an endless amount of contradictory health information out there, but the truth is that being healthy is far simpler than we’ve come to believe. Health and healing is not the gigantic complicated mess we think it is.
This is the key to perfect health, and the absence of disease… There is nothing new about health. It has been around forever. Organic nutrition and life sustaining energy have been around for millenia. Natural organic nutrition has been supporting life for eons.
The answer to health cannot be invented because it already exits. The “search for the cure” is really quite futile and pointless because the placebo effect (positive peaceful emotions), and natural organic nutrition, are the answer to health. See how profoundly simple that is? But let me explain further…
The simple fact is that disease doesn’t happen because we have a deficiency of a man-made drug. Which of these speaks to the cells of your body?
Pharmaceuticals don’t (or can’t) address the 5 basic mechanisms of disease: 1. Cellular inflammation (Solution: nutrients) 2. Cellular oxidation (Solution: antioxidants) 3. Lack of cellular energy (Solution: voltage/pH/alkalinity) 4. Cellular toxicity (Solution: natural organic foods & pure clean water) 5. Poor cellular communication (Solution: all of the above)
As you can see, “food is the best medicine” because it does address all of these. But positive peaceful thoughts, emotions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes have a huge effect on all 5 as well. Cells heal themselves when properly edified.
Your body is a collective community of co-operating cells. That’s several trillion individual living things all working together harmoniously. Every single one of those cells is doing the best job it can, at all times. The human body is a self-healing mechanism; that’s all it does! 24 hours a day it’s protecting, healing, repairing, regenerating, and rebuilding. But (and this is a big but) its ability to do that more effectively and thoroughly depends upon our lifestyle choices. This is because our cells are either in protective mode, or growth mode. It’s one or the other. Cells can’t do both at the same time. It’s like you trying to walk forwards and backwards at the same time.
So, health is the body’s natural state when the cells aren’t stressed. The body’s natural state is balance, harmony, ease, and peace. If the source of health issues is removed, the body can then heal itself. Simply remove the stress from one’s lifestyle, and provide the body energy, and the cells/body heals itself.
Because the body is at all times healing itself, diseases never happen randomly, or for no reason. All health issues, serious or minor, always happen for very specific reasons. All degenerative diseases, physical or mental, no matter the name, are the result of just one thing… STRESS on the body’s cells (the brain/mind is made of cells too). Having stressed out malfunctioning cells will naturally lead to disease.
Having healthy cells equals overall bodily health. And having stressed out unhealthy dysfunctional cells means the body has disease. Every single health issue, no matter the name, comes down to cellular health. Cells constantly subjected to physical, emotional, and energetic stress become dysfunctional. And this dysfunction equates to “dis-ease” because the cells/body are no longer at ease. Now do you see where the word “disease” came from, and what it truly means?
Now here’s another biggie… Unnatural substances (”toxins”), a nutrient deficiency, and stressful negative emotions are what stress the cells. Practically all degenerative diseases are because of at least one of these 3 things. Headaches, backaches, arthritis, cancer, obesity, diabetes, alzheimer’s… it’s all cellular dysfunction due to stress. This small list of diseases is barely even scratching the surface. If a person has any type of health issue at all, it’s because of some sort of stress on the cells of the body.
Biologically, energy is something that provides vitality and life. If the body had no energy, it wouldn’t be alive. If the cells had no energy, they wouldn’t be alive. Degenerative diseases (including the cold and flu) are the result of a lack of energy at the cellular level. Having “a weak immune system” means that our cells lack the energy and strength to eliminate intruders. A person doesn’t get sick (cold & flu) unless their “immune system” (cells) is weak and stressed out.
It doesn’t even matter what the name of the health problem is. To heal, stressful negatives must be let go of, and positives adopted. This is a universal truth of physical life that will never change.
The body heals itself when given all of the proper raw materials to make new healthy cells. If this is done, even severely and chronically ill patients can heal. Fix the cells and EVERYTHING else is fixed because the body IS a community of cells. Every health problem is a perfect representation of how healthy, or unhealthy, our individual cells are.
Both preventing and healing disease is the exact same process. Preventing is giving the cells/body the proper materials to REMAIN healthy. Healing is giving the cells/body the proper materials to BECOME healthy. Whether it be for preventing or healing, the cells require the exact same materials. There’s absolutely no difference between preventing and healing. And so we use the saying: “Stop fighting disease. Embrace Health.”

Your circulatory system isn’t "over here", while your respiratory system, endocrine system, or brain is "over there". They are not isolated from each other. They are not two or three. They are one. Every system, every cell, every function, every movement, every thought, and every emotion, is part of a whole body. Ultimately, not a single cell in your body exists separately from any other. What affects one, affects the whole.
Your brain requires blood, oxygen, and nutrients for optimal performance, and your heart needs nutrients, energy, positive peaceful emotions, and a stable mind in order to be optimally healthy. What affects one system, affects all systems. What affects one cell, organ, system, or part, affects the body as a whole.
Because your brain doesn’t exist separate from your heart, or from any other system, your thoughts, emotions, attitudes, perceptions, and opinions affect the body’s overall state of health just as much as anything else, if not more so. The "placebo effect" and "nocebo effect" is in fact, in effect 100% of the time. The placebo effect is that which is positive, healthy, peaceful, beneficial, truthful, and works in our favor. The nocebo effect is that which is negative, unhealthy, stressful, false, and works against us.
No one part of your body can be successfully healed, or "cured", without taking care of the body/mind as a whole. Thus, the practice of "holistic health", which has far greater success rates at reversing degenerative diseases than the common mainstream approaches. Traditional western medicine is often reductionist, only focusing on isolated individual systems, and that is precisely its limitation. Mainstream western medicine very often doesn’t take into account the nutrients that we provide our cells, or the emotional aspects of the brain’s workings.
Some of the more enlightened doctors and scientists that are aware of this however, even estimate that up to 90% of all health issues and diseases are at least somewhat, if not significantly, the result of stressful negative mentalities. They understand that negative emotions and attitudes are stressful on our body and cells because they increase blood pressure levels, overload the adrenal glands, restrict oxygen flow, and more. They also realize that when we eat an unhealthy food, that affects our entire mind and body as a whole in a stressful negative manner. When we eat a life sustaining healthy food, that uplifts and heals the entire mind/body.
Because all the systems of the body are one, and because the body has many needs for its many functions, we need a diet with an all-encompassing range of nutrients. Especially ones like pesticides that are specifically designed and created to kill living organisms. Isn't your body a living organism? Aren't the cells that make up your body living organisms?

It’s quite obvious that the cells of our body build the body/mind out of the nutrients that we give it, and put into it. Why else would we need to eat food? If the cells, body, and mind didn’t need energy and nutrients, we wouldn’t ever need to consume food.
Because the body is made of cells, and the mind/brain is no different, optimal organic nutrition has a very direct connection to the well-being of one’s mental and emotional health. When the energy, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that the body/cells need are missing from one’s diet, the healthy brain neurochemicals (endorphins, serotonin, etc.) needed for optimal positive functioning can’t be created. A lack of nutrients will promote depression, unhappiness, and all sorts of negative mentalities and emotional disorders. It’s pretty difficult to live a happy, joyful, peaceful, and emotionally balanced life when one’s diet is counteracting those efforts.
The level of our neural functioning is largely determined by the nutrients, or lack thereof, that we provide the brain with. Foreign unnatural substances, and highly processed, altered, and modified ingredients, have no place in our foods, or in our bodies. They just aren’t compatible with our cells, and they contribute to cellular stress, dysfunction, and "dis-ease".

Because our mind/brain/awareness determines our actions, and therefore our eating habits, for a healthier mindset regarding what and how we eat, we should make it a point to have a better understanding of the topic of "hunger".
Were you aware that when a person is hungry, that hunger isn’t for quantity/volume of food, but rather, for quality food with quantity and quality nutrients? 7. Healthy minerals (organic) and unhealthy minerals (inorganic).
These "facts" then, are therefore rendered almost completely irrelevant.
When a supplement fact label on a product says it contains a certain percentage of your required daily intake of a particular nutrient, that percentage doesn't take into consideration whether the ingredients are pure and natural, a person's individual body size or weight, a person's unique genetic metabolic profile and nutritional needs, or a person's current state of health.
Everybody has different eating habits and eats different foods, so everybody will have different nutritional deficiencies and requirements. The percentage numbers shown on such food labels are very loose estimates, and will only properly apply to a very small amount of people, if anybody at all.
If we just read ingredient listings instead, and eat the products with all natural ingredients (excluding soy), our cells will be extremely grateful. This whole nutritional guideline and supplement fact thing has gotten way out of hand and is far more complicated than it needs to be. All we have to do is eat natural foods, as they appear in nature, and the vast majority of our health problems will disappear.
Why does a natural diet work? From an evolutionary scientific point of view, humans and their environment (foods) evolved together, as one. They are precisely compatible with each other because they don't exist separate from each other. It's basically a symbiotic relationship where they benefit from each other. One's "waste" is even the other's food, and vice versa (oxygen & carbon dioxide). As soon as we throw some foreign substance into our body, we're creating problems for our cells, and this cellular stress equates to cellular dysfunction and "dis-ease" because they are no longer at ease.
The less processing and manipulation that a food from nature has gone through, the more it will be compatible with the cells of your body, and the more health promoting it will be. If you see weird, complicated, big words listed on your packaged food products, it's a fairly safe bet that it's nowhere near natural, and that your cells don't want it.
Healthy fats, proteins, carbs, cholesterol, vitamins, and minerals are the ones that are naturally occurring in nature, as present in our natural unprocessed organic foods. The natural ones are the ones that have been fuel for our cells for thousands upon thousands of years. In fact, there are even naturally occurring trans fats that studies have shown to be healthy and beneficial to us!
The unhealthy and harmful fats, proteins, carbs, cholesterol, vitamins, and minerals are the ones that are synthetically and artificially created, usually out of over processing, unnatural modification, and forceful manipulation. Table salt, refined sugar, MSG, margarine, hydrogenated oils, genetically modified foods, and the vast majority of soy products (including ones marketed as "healthy") in the western world, are all perfect examples of this.
Then there's also the chemically made "vitamins" that are added to our "foods" that have not undergone the process of photosynthesis by nature. As a consequence, they are lacking the important component of carbon (they aren't organic), and unfortunately they aren't properly compatible with our cells because of this.
These are the fundamental health truths that must be understood:
1. The human body/mind is a community of trillions of individually living cells.
2. Those cells are literally made of natural fats, proteins, sugars, cholesterol, etc.
3. Vitamins and minerals play a extremely important and pivotal role in the body/mind/cells.
4. Our cells are at all times, 24/7, in a state of repair, regeneration, rebuilding, and healing.
5. The body is an incredibly efficient self-healing mechanism, when honored as such.
6. Physical, emotional, and energetic stress on the cells is what prevents the body from healing.
7. All degenerative diseases are the result of physical, emotional, or energetic stress on the cells of the body.
When you fully grasp all of these points it becomes very apparent that organic nutrition and positive peaceful emotions (the placebo effect) are the treatment and cure for virtually all degenerative health problems, ailments, and diseases, of the body and mind, including cancer, diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, schizophrenia, depression, headaches, aches & pains, allergies, vision loss, lyme disease, etc.
But the trillion dollar pharmaceutical industry and food companies don't want you to know that. And legally, nobody is allowed to use the word "cure" unless it refers to a pharmaceutical drug.
The body is in a constant state of regeneration (healing), but its ability to do that more effectively depends upon us letting go of the stressful negatives in our lifestyle. If the source of health issues is removed, the body can then heal itself because the human body is a self-healing mechanism. No matter the health problem, in order to heal, negatives must be let go of by focusing on positives instead. Health is the body's natural state when the cells aren't subjected to emotional, physical, or energetic stress.
A clean natural diet free of unnatural substances like artificial sweeteners, refined salt, food colorings, dyes, plastics, heavy metals, growth hormones, pesticides, herbicides, highly processed, modified, and altered foods, etc., will provide amazing all-encompassing health improvements for you. Forget about the "low fat", "low cholesterol", calorie counting diets. Ignore the fads. Natural organic nutrition has been very successful at supporting life for millions of years.
Nutritional healing is not like the use of drugs where we manipulate the inner workings of our body creating an instant effect by only masking the symptoms of an underlying problem. True healing goes to the root of the problem, not just to the symptoms of the problem.
Because of this, true healing generally requires a little bit of time. (Unless you’re a master of the placebo effect.) The body can’t create an entire body’s worth of all new healthy cells in one day. Does a broken bone heal in a day, or even a week? No, of course not. It takes several weeks, or longer. Any other physical problem or health issue the body might have is no different than a broken bone. Give it time.
And remember, because healing generally happens gradually, there might not be sudden changes and therefore we don’t always notice the differences that have happened. Just because we don’t notice something, certainly doesn’t mean it’s not helping us. Some people might notice huge miraculous differences in 2 days while going the nutritional route, while other people won’t take notice of any specific changes after several weeks. Everybody’s body is different and no two people will see the exact same results.
Nutrients from natural organic foods will always make you healthier, however, you just might not have the vision to see it. Not everybody notices subtlety.
If you're wanting to reverse some sort of health problem and achieve better health there is one major important factor that needs to be considered...
What was the reason for that health problem happening in the first place? Or to put it a different way, what exactly is the source of stress that is being put onto the cells of your body? Legally, only a pharmaceutical drug can be called a "cure". Although I can recommend a health product for you to use, I cannot legally say that it will help treat any specific type of disease. Our overall state of bodily health is a perfect reflection of how healthy the individual cells are because the body is a community of cells. So, cells heal themselves when properly edified, and disease (of any kind) will disappear as an automatic consequence.
Just remember that when going the nutritional healing route, it’s really best to do it in combination with a healthy day-to-day diet, otherwise the unhealthy foods that we eat are just putting more stress on our cells and lessening the positive effects of the nutrients. Results won’t be nearly as good if the rest of our diet is counteracting the nutrients we’re taking.

According to the ground-breaking work done by cellular biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton Ph.D., cellular communication happens via the receptors of the cell membrane, so proper cellular communication can only happen when the cell membranes are healthy and working properly.
The body’s overall state of health is a perfect reflection of how healthy the individual cells are because the body is made of those cells. Naturally, for the whole community to function in harmony, instead of chaos, cells need to communicate with each other.
How do they communicate? As science has known for a long time, by means of chemical interactions. But science has also fairly recently come to find that they can communicate by means of energy also. Oscillating vibrational energy frequencies such as sound, light and radio waves.
Cell membranes have receptors on them that work just like tuning forks; they automatically vibrate and resonate at the same frequency of their environment, and the acupuncture energy meridians of the body are like tiny streams or rivulets of highly polarized water, which are now believed to be long strings of liquid crystals that react to light and transmit bioelectric signals along their pathways.
The clearing of these energy blockages, whether it's done by means of a nutrition "supersupplement", or an energy psychology tool like EFT Therapy, or a spiritual healing technique like Reconnective Healing, is highly important because cells don't just communicate with each other by means of chemical interactions. They also have tiny receptors on their membranes (outer layer) that vibrate like tuning forks for the purpose of communicating by means of energy (oscillating vibrational frequencies).
The body is a community of trillions of cells, and proper cellular communication is absolutely vital for health and well-being. This is a fundamental and basic health truth that cannot be ignored, and yet it largely has been by those who only focus on the body's chemical interactions.
There is nothing new about health, it has been around forever. Organic nutrition, and life sustaining energy, have been around for millenia. Has natural organic nutrition not been successfully supporting life for eons? Or perhaps we should ask ourselves if disease happens because we have a deficiency of a man-made drug.
The simple fact is that pharmaceuticals don’t address the four basic mechanisms of disease: Cellular inflammation, cellular oxidation, a lack of energy at the cellular level, and cellular toxicity. "Food is the best medicine" because it does address all of these.
Your body is a collective community of co-operating cells. That’s several trillion individual living things all working together harmoniously. Every single one of those cells is doing the best job it can, at all times. The human body is a self-healing mechanism; that’s all it does! 24 hours a day it’s protecting, healing, repairing, regenerating, and rebuilding. However, our cells are either in protective mode, or growth mode. It’s one or the other. Cells can’t do both at the same time.
So, health is the body’s natural state when the cells aren’t stressed. The body’s natural state is balance, harmony, homeostasis, ease, and peace. If the source of health issues is removed, the body can then heal itself.
All degenerative diseases, physical or mental, are the result of one thing... STRESS on the body’s cells. Having stressed out malfunctioning cells will naturally lead to disease. "Toxins", a nutrient deficiency, and negative emotions are what stress the cells. Almost all degenerative diseases are because of at least one of these 3 things. Backaches, cancer, obesity, diabetes, alzheimer’s… it’s all cellular dysfunction.
Biologically, energy is something that provides vitality and life. If the body/cells had no energy, it/they wouldn’t be alive. Degenerative diseases are the result of a lack of energy at the cellular level. Having "a weak immune system" simply means that our cells lack energy and strength. It doesn’t matter what the name of the health problem is... To heal, stressful negatives must be let go of, and positives adopted. The body heals ITSELF when given ALL the proper materials to make new cells. If this is done, even severely and chronically ill patients can heal. Fix the cells and EVERYTHING else is fixed because the body IS cells.
Both preventing and healing disease is the exact same process. Preventing is giving the cells/body the proper materials to reamin healthy, while healing is giving the cells/body the proper materials to become healthy. Whether it be for preventing or healing, the cells require the exact same materials. There’s absolutely no difference between preventing and healing. "Stop fighting disease. Embrace Health."
No matter the health issue, it’s always the result of stress on the cells that make up the body, a lack of cellular energy (and resources), poor inter-cellular communication, and/or a blockage in the body’s energy/acupuncture/nervous system (trauma). But essentially, all of these problems are the exact same thing.
What exactly the source of stress on your cells is, is anybody’s guess. I don’t know what your day-to-day activities, routines, habits, thought processes, emotions, perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs are.
From an energetic point of view, simply focusing on being utterly joyful both at mind and heart (as often as possible, or at all times) can do amazingly profound things for a persons health. Just simply BEING energy/joy provides the body with some incredible amounts of energy that it can use for healing.
To help uplift yourself to this level, just realize that even pretending to be joyful, like you’re playing a part or role, is the same as actually being joyful. It might sound overly simplistic, but if you could make some time to just sit or lie down in one spot and focus on overflowing joy and bliss, that just might solve the health problem. The "placebo effect" is in actuality nothing more than just being positive. Why? Because diseases are the result of stressful negatives in one’s lifestyle (including emotions, thoughts, perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs).
Even if you are already a very positive person, taking it to a whole new level can do nothing but good. When I lie down and practice this, I start feeling all sorts of "activity" going on inside my body, and if I focus on a particular part of the body, the energy building up in that area can actually get quite intense (in a positive way). And it’s fun too!
Our body is a collective community of trillions of individually living cells, and our cells, their outer membranes, and their communication receptors, are literally made of fats, sugars, proteins, and cholesterol. Our body is literally made of what goes into it. And when we learn just how quickly cells replicate, and how fast the body creates itself anew (approximately every 8-12 months), we come to realize how vitally important it is to provide the body with optimal nutrition every single day.
However, it’s extremely important to understand that there are:
Healthy fats (natural/essential fatty acids/lipids), and unhealthy fats (highly processed/hydrogenated). Healthy sugars (plant based/saccharides), and unhealthy sugars (refined/artificial). Healthy proteins (amino acids), and unhealthy proteins (altered by over processing). Healthy carbohydrates (naturally occurring), and unhealthy carbohydrates (modified). Healthy cholesterol (naturally occuring), and unhealthy cholesterol (overly processed). Healthy vitamins (photosynthesized/carbon-bond/organic), and unhealthy vitamins (chemically made/synthetic/inorganic). Healthy minerals (organic), and unhealthy minerals (inorganic). Healthy salt (unaltered sea salt with minerals), and unhealthy salt (refined/table/sodium chloride).
Our body and cells require all of the healthy ones in order to function normally, and in a healthy manner, while the unhealthy ones promote cellular stress and disease. In other words, the low fat, low sugar, low cholesterol, and low carb fad diets are all based on an incomplete understanding of nutrition and biology.
Focusing on natural organic nutrients is far more important than focusing on calories, "fat" doesn't make a person fat unless it's the unhealthy kind, and cholesterol doesn't lead to heart or artery problems unless it's the highly processed unnatural type.
Does it really work? Well, isn’t that the entire reason that people "eat healthy"? What is health if it’s not the absence of disease? If nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, essential fatty acids, and amino acids don’t help heal, repair, regenerate, and rebuild the body, why do we need to eat food at all?
Even if we ignore the entire concept of "energy healing", and focus on the limited Newtonian physical matter/mass point of view, the body is still literally made of what goes into it. Our cells, their outer membranes, and their communication receptors, are made of fats, sugars, proteins, and cholesterol.
To use an analogy, if we were to build a house, we need all of the proper supplies and tools in order to build a quality house, and the cells of the body are no different. They need all of the right tools and supplies to do their job properly as well.
And because the body is constantly at all times rebuilding itself anew, dieting isn’t supposed to be something that one does temporarily. The body requires regular maintenance and care on a daily basis because the body is made of what nutrients (or lack thereof) that go into it every single day. "Health is a habit, not an event."
The body is a community of trillions of cells, and every single health issue comes down to how healthy our cells are. Having healthy cells means you have a healthy body. It all comes down to cellular health. Every health problem is a representation of how healthy our individual cells are. Healthy cells equals overall bodily health.
